Well I am skinny and wanted to gain weight and bulk up, i would love to have a strong, defined body and I think that I need to get bulky first, so I would eat more and because I want a good v shaped body I would need to burn fat of the lower body and encourage fat being stored on my chest and back. I am sensible in what I say or can you make it clearer?

first you need to go on a bulking diet it contains eating, eating, eating, good clean foods and meat work out hard with plenty of days off so that your muscles recover from the workout and they will grow you must supplement with creatine and protein I use muscle milk either cut back or do not do any cardio exercises until you start putting on weight. remember high in protein foods are the best for example peanut butter, tuna, chicken, steaks, etc... is the best

Hi,
I'm not an unbiased opinion... I own http://www.befit4free.com which is a discount supplement business. But I do have a link for unbiased tests. http://supplementtests.com/
Granted, they don't test everything, but they do have good reviews that are not advertising any kind of product.
Stuff like NoXplode and things like that are ok, but if you're looking for serious results, I'd go with a lab compound legal anabolic like: Promagnon 25, Halodrol 50, Methyl-XT, 17-methyl bol or another compound that is not, "Herbal".

I myself am a 24 y.o. bodybuilder 6'0'' talll, 239lbs, 11% bodyfat,
Bench:405 x 2
Squat: 495 x 4
Dead lift 405 x 5

I know these aren't great... but that's something!

Sean Lowe (a natural bodybuilder at the gym I work out at) benches 700 for a double and weighs 263, but genes have a Huge part to play in that also.

An attractive man's body is developed through getting rid of excessive fat, as well as constructing muscle mass in the sections that will need it to get a 1.618 shoulder to waist ratio. Women are actually drawn to fellas who show the adonis measurements. Helpful workouts comprise of; bench press, chin ups, lunges, squats, sit ups and shoulder press.

What is eaten is definitely as crucial as exercising. The diet plan needs to offer plenty of healthy lean protein and carbs to promote muscle building.
