My husband is army, he gets plenty of strenous excercise, plus has tried several diet pills, mostly hydroxycut and most recently relacore but nothing works. We don't overindulge in high fat foods, does anyone know the fastest way to lose the weight?

it's all about portions... but keep in mind that men have to eat more than women... so, what is the appropriate portion for you, is double for him. keep eating healthy, non-fat foods and try adding as much whole grains as possible and lots lots of fiber!! fiber is the key, especially cuz ur pregnant... oh and don't forget to take a daily multi-vitamin... both of you!! good luck :)

You should try oatmeal, lots of fruits and vegetables in the form of salad and 'khichadi'
recipe of 'khichadi' is:
1 cup rice + 1 cup yellow pulse.
Add them in a pressure cooker.Add some water and cook for 5-10 minutes.Open cooker and eat it.
