I guess 10 lbs will be the threshold before ringing the alarm.

Take a photo of her now and show her the photo after she has put on more weight.

why is that concerning you, with her weight if it is a problem to you why not both of you go for walks together or take other activity together than complain about her weight. if you feel she overeats then let exercise compensate for her eating to work it off. maybe she is worried about something and using food to deal with the problem and not real realizing there is a problem going on . if you keep her busy food will not always be on her mind.

That's a touchy subject man? It's like walking on f****ng eggshells. You can get her (and you) a health club membership for her B-day or something like that. Go with her so your not just telling her to go. Other than that, I'm clueless. I've often wondered the same thing. You don't want to say " HEY FAT F***!! STOP EATING SO GODD**N MUCH"

Don't attack her or insult her. It will cause her to overeat even more especially if she is an emotional eater. Lose weight and eat healthy with her. Be positive about it though.

Try to interest her in some excersizes that you can enjoy together...

If not give her the axe, or to someone who wants fat chicks.

Does this help any?
