Yes. From the cat's point of view, it's better for health reasons - cats who get spayed (ideally before their first heat) have a much lower risk of several cancers (including mammary and bladder), and she doens't have to go through the (considerable) stress of being in heat all the time.
From your pint of view, it's better because living with a cat in heat is no fun - they howl, are agitated, and ill try anything to escape and find a mate (meaning you might find yourself with a pregnant cat if you're inattentive just once and she gets out).
From the other cats' point of view it's also better - the smell of an unspayed cat can make your other cats really anxious, even if they're spayed.
So, "yes" on all counts - get it done as soon as possible (you don't say how old she is). :)

This is your personal choice to make. If a female cat has not been spayed, even though she is an inside cat, she will come in heat and have a period, which could be a bit messy around the house. Also, when she does come in heat, then she will more than likely want out all the time. If you decide not to have her spayed, when she does go in heat, make sure that when you open the door to go outside that she is nowhere around, or she will run out and you won't see her for a couple of days or weeks, and when she does finally come back home, she will be pregnant.

You should. Cats in heat are beyond annoying and it will happen every 3 weeks! Spayed cats also have a 70% less chance of getting cancer.

Yes! It is better for their health in the long run to get housepets spayed or neutered. Animals who are not spayed or neutered, are at a much higher risk for cancers and other problems.

I would. It is now state law in Rhode Island that all cats must be spayed or neutered.

Yes, it's always better to have them spayed/neutered, health reasons number one, but stops spraying, coming into season etc.

Yes, unless you want to have a major mess every time they're in heat. It also improves their overall health.
