Because you said you have to 'go to dialysis' I assume you are on hemodialysis. I don't know what your exact condition is but maybe you can switch from hemodialysis to continuous cycling peritoneal dialysis.

For PD instead of having a fistula in your arm which the machine is hooked up to, a catheter (hollow tube) is inserted into your abdomen (peritoneum). You will be trained to use the cycler machine and your exchanges will take place over night, while you (and your baby) are sleeping, and then you disconnect yourself from the machine in the morning and you don't have to go to dialysis.

This website might be helpful for you learning about peritoneal dialysis but also current management of your hemodialysis:

Ideally you have to be a match in 5 separate criteria such as blood type , tissue type etc. However recently there is a new procedure where you are put on a special diaysis machine which washes all the inpurities out of your blood enabling almost anyone to donate .Hovever this has to be funded by yourself at a cost of £30000

I know its a wait for a transplant but be thankful you can have one. I have had four heart attacks, so a transplant is out of the question. I am on dialysis for the rest of my life!
