Is there anything other than wax that can be used to prevent braces from causing sore spots in the mouth?

i never found anything, i used to have braces, and i just used the wax. maybe gum? but the sugarless so ur tooth wont rot.

yes there is some stuff that my ortho gave me but i dont remeber the name of it, but you can get it at walmart it is in a blue bottle and it helps alot.
