Check out www.proz.com. It is a clearinghouse for translators and those who want translations done. Unfortunately you don't have any experience, but if you can prove you can do the job (some translation agencies will give you a translation test), you can definitely get work. All you need is an Internet connection, and you have that.

Hospitals. They always need them. Also police stations and the 911 call center.

our best bet would be to go apply with the f.b.i. cuz their always looking for translators.
