I am a 15 year old girl and i need to lose about 25 pounds before the summer. Does anyone know any good excersises?

A combination of cardio and weight training will help you lose weight in conjunction with a healthy diet. Running, jogging, swimming, biking, playing sports and taking dance classes are all excellent ideas. Keep your diet balanced and healthy and don't deprive yourself. Avoid drugs and alcohol. Well first of all I dont know if its possible to lose 25 pounds by summer. instead of saying that you should make your goals a little more achievable for example "by next month i want to lose about 5-10 pounds". You should start my being active. Go to the gym and workout 3 times a week. On the other days try yoga, which helps tone and relax the body. You'll feel better about yourself. Drink alot of water. Always carry a water bottle with you to get in the habbit. Eat lots of fruts and vegies. Stay away from fastfood (ie.eating out) and fatty junk.

Eat frequently but in small portions so you wont be hungry and wont over eat during the day. Like when you want a snack go for fruits or vegies. Hope this helps.

Changing your diet is the most effective way to lose weight. Exercise is a wonderful thing, but diet is much more effective for weight loss.

The Atkins plan has overall been proven to be the quickest way to lose weight and keep it off. 25 pounds before the summer sounds like a lot though, and it's not really a realistic goal. Maybe you should shoot for 10-15, then try for another 10-15 by the end of the summer? It will make you feel so much better to achieve a goal like that!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

To loose weight:

1. Go 4 jogging daily in d morning.
2. Do regular exercise.
3. Hav control on diet.
4. Avoid oily junk food.
5. Increase ur activities.
6. Never undrgo dieting.

JOGGING

Daily jogging is d best thing 2 loose ur weight.
Joggin shud b early in morning, in places where therz less pollution is preffered.

4. It keeps ur skin free of acne.

The only route 2 permanent weight loss is a combination of exercise and diet.

Very low calorie diets or fad diets tent 2 lead 2 d yo-yo phenomenon, in which people lose weight, then quickly regain all they've lost and more. The additional weight is often even harder 2 shed.

Try Jane Fonda's New Workout video (get it on Ebay). It's from the 80s, but it has the best all round workout I have tried. It has a beginners workout of 30 minutes, which includes floor work to get you started, then a 1 hour advanced workout (which is a killer, so you need to work your way up to it). Do that every day, or at least every other day, as well as watching your calorie intake, and you will lose weight.

Hi dear daily exercise make person perfect. For you not only exercise but a balance and well plan diet will help you to lose your weight.

First take lot of fruits and water. Why fruits? It contain lot of fibre and Water is essential for life. Water is important as it remove or wash fats. Take lots of fresh vegetables.

As exercise: Run on the current of water (preferably on sea) in the morning.

Try having yougurt in empty stomach daily. Also try some of the exer cises given below.
{All of these u have 2 do 10times in each set}
1. Crunches [7sets]
2.Side bents [5 sets]

Any cardiovascular excercise (walking, jogging, jumping jacks, dancing, things that raise your heart rate) are good for losing weight. The key is to balance good nutrition with the excercise. Riding bike or walking to school is good. You can buy exercise videos at most department stores cheap and work with them. As long as you do it consistanly, it will help you.
