Guys are strange creatures, as we know. It could go two ways, he could like others say just want to hook up, but on the other hand, sometimes guys say they do not want a girlfriend but the longer things go on between them and someone else they grow attached and realize they want more. Its hard to say in the begining. The best thing to do it take your time and BE CAREFUL!! Do not let yourself get too attched in a romantic sense. Feel it out for a little while and go with your heart.

If he tells you he doesn't want a girlfriend but still kisses you it means he wants to play the field and he is just using you. Stay clear of this guy or he will only hurt you.

Than probably he has feelings for u. Love and infatuation are different things he may say he doesn't want a gf but he must be having feelings for u which will really result into him loving u which made him kiss u

just because he kissed you doesnt mean that he wants a serious relationship..maybe it was just a kiss/ and it doesnt mean that he likes u eighter..maybe he just got caught up in the moment.
