Now, really, how *else* would you feel the emotions of a painter?... By listening to his work?... Or by complicatedly looking at his work?...

Probably the most famous 'introvert' would have to be Edvard Munce. A somewhat less famous introvert, but still a remarkable painter, was Arshile Gorky.

Modigliani also created highly introverted art.
