As we all know religion is just another means of control, hence the world is in constant turmoil caused by religious leaders of innumerable faiths, all claiming theirs is the one true path to Heaven and only they can tell you how to achieve eternal happiness, while at the same time lining their collective pockets.( witness the vast fortunes of all religion's leading bodies, and the poverty of their followers) But if you don't agree with them you are condemned to an eternity of Hell
How can we rid the world of this cancer and live peaceful and happy lives?.

Religion is not the problem, it is only a means to deal with the problem.
The main problem is retarded human beings, to which, if you count them is well in excess of 80% of the worlds population (an Insane Majority)
Religion is only a means to control them, as the weak minded are easy to control using simple mind manipulation techniques (bit like what Obi-Wan did to the Storm-trooper on Star Wars) - for example: tell a person that they are good, and that by doing several mundane tasks everyday they will not burn in hell, they will believe you and be good little sheep, without criticism or question...
Money is another power - as retarded people are generally greedy.

He's a crook and a serial liar. He lied about his funding to buy Harrods,he lies about his name(He's not entitled to call himself "Al" Fayed),and because of these and other reasons he can't get a British passport. He hates the royal family because they took away his "By Appointment" status for Harrods.
He was found guilty of ordering his security staff to break in to the safety deposit boxes in Harrod's bank to get information he could use against Tiny Rowland.How he avoided prison is a mystery.
He never had a plot to lose, or if he did, he stole it in the first place.

When will people realise that religion is not to blame and is not the underlying cause but an excuse for world violence and terror.
Religion has made humankind progress, religious-extremist people haven't. If there weren't any religions...atheists would still ahve wars over land, using skin colour, ethnicity or ideology as an excuse.

You sound a bit... well, extremist. Unfortunately, just getting rid of religion wouldn't remove the world's problems. That's bunk..

Religion is the justice towards God. Sin creates division among peoples as it does with the relationship to God. If one would practice their Christian faith perfectly their would be no conflict, no egos, no pride, no selfishness. To live in the light is to live in the ways of God but instead we live in darkness away from the love and mercy of the father. Sin is the source of all the worlds sorrows that souls seem to never get out of.

belief systems servered the worthwhile purpose of teaching humanity value in right and wrong to help it evolve out of a lower animal state.
However, humanity is now prepared and moving into a
