Did God have a place for them in heaven before they were born(here on earth)?

Even though scripture is silent on this....from an educated opinion....people have an age of accountability. Children are innocent in God's eyes.
Therefore...I believe that they (along with aborted babies) are in heaven.

Yes. Children that die young like babies go straight to heaven. Remember that god is fair and just.

When babies are born they are innocent and there for they have no sins they go to Heaven. So yes God know which child will die and which one will live there for he perpares a place the the one's that's gonna die.

Yes. The omniscience of God is something that we as humans can never fully understand. His ways are beyond our completely finding out.

The soul comes from what you call heaven,
and returns there until it is ready to reincarnate.

If they died before they were able to make a concious choice to choose Christ then they are in heaven.

They had their own place for them but reincarnated for a short time to help the growth of another.
