How about, "Water, water, everywhere, so why not have a drink?" It's inspired by the saying, "Water, water, everywhere, and not a drop to drink," from "The Rime of the Ancient Mariner," referring to the fact that sea water is not potable, and sailors lost at sea may die of dehydration. In this case, it refers to the fact that consumers can in fact drink the water that is all around them, if they just make the effort to harvest it.
