How does he find out that God impregnated his mother, i.e. that half his DNA is divine?

It is not in the Bible. The first we hear is Jesus telling Mary and Joseph when they couldn't find Him "Didn't you know that I would be about my Father's business?" It was not Mary talking to Jesus, it was Father God talking to Jesus all of His life. Jesus said, "I only do what I see the Father doing." The Father God raised the Son Jesus Christ from day one and they were never separated until for a moment on the cross when Jesus had to endure that cup of sin and diseases.

there is only One God and he was revealed in the flesh of the Christ. When the Bible refers to the titles of father it is in reference to the Spirit that is father of us all. When in reference to son or Christ, as in what God did when God walked among us.

Mary didn't have to tell Jesus, he already knew God was his father. If you want to find out about that, just take a look at the Gospels, that's where you will find Jesus' life, death and resurection.

I don't know what bible your reading but Jesus never found out that mary was impregnated!!! And he doesn't find out that God is his father because he already knows in John 21: 6 He says I and my father are one so read more you would know that

It is not there.
Jesus knew who He was.
Being God He knew all about everything.
He wrote the scriptures.
An obscure verse--rather interesting.
Heb 10:5 Therefore, when He comes into the world, He says, "SACRIFICE AND OFFERING THOU HAST NOT DESIRED, BUT A BODY THOU HAST PREPARED FOR ME;
Notice the word body. That was prepared.
Jesus The holy Spirit of God residing in a Body.

When Jesus was 10, he started flying around shooting lightning bolts from his eyeballs and Mary simply had to tell him. Joseph went to the bar to drink away his misery at having an illegitimate child.

Anyway, Mary doesn't tell Him, or at least its not written that she does. His actions confirm it all to Mary - Christ already knows it. hmmm... Divine dna; it sounds like a name for a gospel music group, doesn't it?
