I wanted her so bad and she was really fine also. She knew I
had a girlfriend but I told her that we were no longer together.
Not only has she found out that I lied, my girlfriend has found out about her also. My girlfriend says that's it now with us.
What should I do since I really want to stay with my girlfriend?

You honestly should have thought about that before you went out and did this other woman just cuz she was "fine"* I don't blame your g/friend for saying CYA* if that's what she did..and I don't blame the other girl as you Lied to her* WOW
looks like you need to take some time out and have a reality check cuz obviously you don't care for your g/friend or you would NEVER have done any of this.
Hopefully you learned your lesson from this major mistake and don't do it again* I hope someday...this doesn't happen to you ...What' goes around...Comes back around* (justin timberlake song..go take a listen to it) GOODLUCK

Well, you should have thought of that before getting on with another girl. There really isn't much hope for getting back with your ex. So move on & stay faithful to the next girl. Hope you learnt your lesson by then.

I don't think that there is much that you can do because she can't trust you anymore. You got tempted and you follewed those temptations. Apologize and tell her that if it ever happens again she can dump you or something like that. Try to regain her trust.

You shouldn't have lied. Just think, you did this to yourself. You can try to apologize, but you'll be lucky if she forgives you and don't even think she'll ever forget

On a serious note, I doubt there's anything YOU can personally do to salvage your replationship with your girlfriend. Whether she stays with ya depends entirely on her.
