Any tax preparation agency..just make sure they do the e-file AND direct deposit. You'll probably receive it in about 2 weeks.

If you need it quicker than that, most places offer a tax loan where they give you your refund before you walk out the door in the form of a loan. Of course, they'll charge lots of interest on this.

If you have a fairly easy return, meaning just w2's and you don't intend to itemise(meaning instead of taking your standard deduction 5500 if you are single 7500 head of house hold ((single or living apart for 6 months or more and support a dependant and provide more than one half of maintaining your household)) and 10500 I think if you are married filling joint) you have enough medical bills, charitable contributions, etc (most likely not unless you own a home, or a business) that the sum of those exceeds the standard deductions mentioned above, if you are computer literate (obviously you are) do TurboTax or Taxcut, these are self explanitory and easy to use if you are leary go to Jackson Hewitt have them tell you your expected return, tell them you will be back and go home try out turbotax and if your number is similar to there's then you probably did them correctly..little bit of advice from an accountant who used to work for jacksonhewitt, I advised people of this all the time...Wendy

I do my taxes online...up to this year I used Alpha Tax, but they have raised their rates so fast, I switched to Liberty Tax Service. They have offices in a number of states (the company is run by John Hewitt, founder of Jackson Hewitt, sold it to Cendant several years ago) and the online version is great...$27.90 does both state & Federal AND e-file!

I found them on the IRS's e-file page.
