How could you not realize this is due of probability? Exactly how do you think the lottery could be rigged this way? First, there would have to be some way to identify a person's race and age and record it at the time tickets were purchased. Then secondly, the draw would have to be rigged so that the desired person would win. There is no way this could happen today...lotteries are highly regulated to ensure that they are legitimate and fair. Of course anyone who does not understand this does not realize how slim your chances of ever winning are.

The megamillion jackpots commonly only have 12-15 winners a year. Whites make up a large majority of the population so whites win a greater proportion of the time. Its not a scam its pure mathamatics. You probably will only have 1-3 minorities win per year and because of the small number of the sample you may not have one win for 2 years and then win 2 in a row and that would be the right percentage.

All lotterys are a scam, if by scam you mean are offering bad odds. If you look at the difference between the odds being offered and the actual odds of winning, lotterys are a very bad way of gambling. I find card games with friends are one of the better ways of getting good odds. Although of course somebody has to lose for somebody to win.
I can only guess that old white people win more often, because old white people make up a large percentage of the players who buy lottery tickets.

Usually the people that win these big lotteries end up destroying there lives.Did you see that show called Curse of the Lottery.So in my opinion they can keep winning?
