Is it true that Ontario is overrun with fake gangstas?

I'm not sure if they are fake or just wanna bees, but there is a large organized crime activity in Ont, bikers, Asian, black,, these are not fake gangs, very real stuff, but there little packs running around trying to make a name for them selves, i think every province or state has this,you don't bother them they wont bother you, just like anything else.

No we have real gangstas here in Ontario...look at our murder rate.
