YES, THAT'S CHEATING! Any kind of sexual, romantic, whatever contact with another person, male or female, is cheating on the spouse. She's married and shouldn't be letting you touch her nor should you be trying to touch her.

I would say yes. She should not put herself in a situation like that because it could lead to much more, and since you knew she was married you are as much to blame.
