Your husband is the party that could could take any action in this. If he feels threatened, lower than pressure or that she is being suggestive in a fashion which could intervene with his activity, then he could talk up for himself. no man or woman, even if or not they're a male or a woman has the right to make yet another human being uncomfortable contained in the place of work through sexual innuendos, statements, jokes, drawings, pictures, emails or the different trend thereof. Being that you're literally not a celebration to this, you do not have any legal recourse. in case you do favor to take action, you are able to talk to the female and notify her of your understand-how related to her moves. this may be undesirable inspite of the truth that; if she did not do such moves, it may advise an particularly uncomfortable artwork ecosystem from that aspect forth. The previous action also must be reported along with your husband previous to doing so - that way he's conscious what may be coming.
