Muslims Riots vs. Christian tolerance?

Why is it,

When that cartoonist drew that Mohammad cartoon, Muslims around the world rioted, and killed many people, but somehow that was "ok".

Yet..

Christians get bashed day in and day out, but if we say anything, we get bashed in even more?

What's going on here?

we don't want anyone to draw a picture of our prophet, so why do people bother us??? don't they have anything better to do?

answer: This fact is fake as there are present day-day worshipers of the Greek and Roman Gods. additionally Islam states that they shop on with the God of Abraham, like the Jews do (in spite of the certainty that they say that Mohammed is a later prophet than those recorded interior the Jewish Scriptures). And Christians actually say that they worship a similar God because of the fact the Jews, in spite of the certainty that they do no longer renowned worshiping a similar God as Muslims.

The Term 'Jihad' has always been misused by people to justify their aims. Like the Moderate Muslims who are truely following Islam know that 'The Best Jihad is against our own vain desires"

"The Best Jihad is to speak the Truth against a Tyrant"

And when it comes to the PROTECTION of the religion, then it is to DEFEND your religion and lay your life for that.

Note the word 'DEFEND' there. But the Extremists who have been brewing up all because of the negative tactics of the Bush Administration use 'Jihad' to justify killing innocent people in retaliation of the 'killing' done by Mr. Bush.

Again, the 9/11 was NOT done by Muslims, it was an INSIDE job. But some lunatic Muslims have laughed and celebrated the occasion by saying 'Bush deserved that'.

BUT THE INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO WERE KILLED DIDNT DESERVE THAT.

So I believe its all the blame game that is going on from each side. And if the world has to live in PEACE, President Bush and his likes have to chnge their attitude. The Stronger MUST STOP oppressing the Weaker and still yell

" Hey, I am just defending myself, He was going to destroy me "

Yes Islam is a religion of Peace.

Lets see what happened in the Conquest of Makkah.
Because Makkah was the seat of Prophet Muhammed (PBUH)'s enemies. They forced him to migrate to Madinah for the sake of his life and religion. But when the prophet (PBUH) conquered back Makkah WITHOUT A FIGHT, all the Makkan people were brought before him, there included among them:
1) Those who had fought battles against him, took part in conspiracies to KILL him.
2) Those who ridiculed him when he was in Makkah, Made fun of him, called him Mad and a Magician.
3) Women, who threw garbage on him when he was praying in the Mosque, put thorns in his way.

SO WHAT DID HE DO??? HE FORGAVE THEM ALL. AND DID NOT CONVERT ANY NON-MUSLIM BY FORCE. HE MADE THEM LIVE AS THEY WANTED, THEIR CUSTOMS, TRADITIONS WERE ALLOWED TO BE KEPT TO THEMSELVES.

When he entered Makkah, he was riding his horse but was bowing to such an extent that his beard touched his horse. ANY GENERAL WHEN HE ENTERS THE DEFEATED ARMY NEVER BOWS DOWN. Just imagine the simplicity and humbleness of the Prophet.

Never in the history has any Non-Muslim living in an 'True' Islamic State has faced any discrimination or persecution owing to his religion

When Salahuddin Al Ayyubi (Saladin) conquered back palestine, how many Christians (citizens) did he kill???

When the Crusaders got it back, the Horses of King Leopold were knee deep in Muslim's blood.

Dont judge islam because of the extremists, as they ahve nothing to do with the religion.

Same is the case with President Bush, he has killed many and still yells " hey they will kills us..."

I can't believe the person above said they were getting bombed because of their religion. They are getting bombed to stop them from continuing to kill innocent people. And suspected terrorists are stopped at the airport--nothing to do with religion. That 'justified' attitude is what is wrong with their religion!

I see some other Muslims, in essence, justifying the killing of the cartoonist. Americans wonder why the majority of Muslims are silent concerning the terrorists. I hope these answers do not reflect the opinions of the majority.

Its rather hypocritical logically - the whole blasphemy towards Mohammed issue.

Muhammad's views of Jesus are actually deeply blasphemous, although God will be his judge not men. And his will be an awful judgement, from my christian view, as his view has misled many.

So since muslims accept Muhammad's take on Jesus, and that is from the christian point of view very blasphemous, have they really the right to complain about perceived blasphemy towards Mohammed?

Since both religions are mutually blasphemous, we should leave the judgement to God, and not attempt to impose our concepts on others through violence.

Give me a legitimate example that this happens everyday. All is see is Innocent Muslim Children being shunned and criticized each day. If you are Muslim, you are make fun of and you are banned from wearing your religious clothing to school.....You NEVER see this happen to Christian kids... this image of Muslims that the Bush administration has implemented to Americans damages young children's futures and self esteem leaving them to be ashamed of where they come from.. If you think that its not fair, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.. you are leaving the Muslim children of America behind, go tell that to Ur president!

One is justified, and the other is whining. You can be justified when your home is bombed and your family is killed because of your religion. You can be justified when you can't get on a plane because of your religion.
