I have "runny poop". Not quite diarrhea, but close. How can I stop this madness?

This happens especially in the morning. There really is no problem in the middle of the day. Come to think of it, I get it when i get home from work too. This has got to stop.

I even have it right now!

The more important question is "what is causing this?" You can always take Immodium AD but that is meant for a temporary problem. THe way your question is written leads me to believe that this has been a long standing issue. So, I suggest you see your doctor for some testing to be sure you do not have an undiagnosed issue.
