Low blood sugar will cause these symptoms. Thats why when you eat again you feel OK.
You may want to get checked for diabetes. Low blood sugar does NOT necessarily mean you are diabetic but it means that you may be at risk for it.
Try and keep little pieces of candy around...like a few hershey's kisses or such. If you feel light headed eat a bit of candy and that should help.
Otherwise keep eating a well balanced diet and eat small amounts of food more often during the day instead of 3 large meals. This will help maintain your blood sugar so it does not get low. Then you won't feel sweaty and shaky.
My best friend was like this too, and sometimes it happens to me. Neither one of us are diabetic so don't panic.
Hope this helps~

Feeling that way sounds like low blood sugar also known as hypoglycemia. I would make an appointment with your doctor. Eating several small meals a day can help keep hypoglycemia under control. Testing your blood sugars can also help you stay on top of this by letting you see when your blood sugars are starting to get low before you start feeling bad.

That happens to me too - hon, and I'm Diabetic.
It is the result of very low blood sugar. Extremely low blood sugar is very VERY dangerous. It can happen just because you haven't eaten for a while - or can be evidence of disorders like hypoglycemia and diabetes.
If you are eating regularly - and you have a healthy diet, but stil have these episodes - go to your doctor for a blood test to make sure nothing is going on.
If you're skipping meals or eating teeny tiny amounts - you need to get a more regular diet, and it will solve your problem.
Peace hon. Take care of YOU. --De

Your blood sugar is dropping and you are having hypoglycemia. See your doc and get tested for this. In the meantime eat 3 meals a day with a high protein snack between meals and at bedtime. If you do feel sweaty and shaky drink OJ with a packet of sugar in it or a regular soda or eat some candy quick to bring your blood sugar back up. Once you eat or drink something high sugar be sure to eat some protein to help keep your blood sugar level.

You should see a doctor about that. First, though, don't let yourself get so hungry. Try several smaller snacks throughout the day as opposed to 3 huge meals. It's better for weight loss and it keeps your metabolism going. You shouldn't get so sweaty and shaky.

You feel shaky when your blood sugars are low, eating raises them to a normal level again. However as one who has always been trying to lose weight, I can tell you than normal hunger only lasts about 20-30 minutes and then you feel normal again.

try going to the doctors it could be something simply like an ibs symptom or it could be a mild allergy or mite be a symptom of diabeteas which in this day and age with moden meds is not too big a problem
but it sounds like u should try having a better diet
the doctors wil be able to comfirm any quieries and they mite put u in touch with a nutrisionist who will give u advise on diet and such like also keep a mars bar in ur bag when u go out in case u feel a dizzy spell coming on

I has this same thing happen to me only I would sometimes get nauseous too. After going to my doctor and doing a four hour blood glucose test (which consisted of drinking a really sweet orange drink every so often and then having my blood taking after each drink) I was diagnosed with low blood sugar.
Good Luck

You could be diabetic. Best see a doctor.
However I get this, but only if I'm 'really' hungry (emphasis on really) particularly if I'm doing manual labour such as building a wall or working on a car and I skip dinner. Low blood sugar I think.

Your blood sugar level gets too low. I used to be the same, but I began to keep a kit kat bar in my bag, which got me through until I could eat properly. It may be advisable to go to your docs for a diabetes test, just to be on the safe side
