I went to a concert last night with my girls and at the gate, a security officer had to search me. he took me aside and said he saw something in my skirt, so he got a female officer to search me. right in front of my friends this female officer put her hand up my skirt and basicaly massged my privates for like 10 seconds in fromt of 2 other security guys and my friends. is this legal cause i was really really embarrased! then the girl smirks at me and says "ok your fine, but your panties are a bit wet now" and laughed after she said it. i didnt say anything cause i was told that they were allowed to do that.

They can search you but not in that way and with that kind of remark. She intended to insult you and she probably got wet doing that. She and that guy are abusing their authority and getting off. Suggest you report her and lodge a police report. Then consult a lawyer and file a civil suit.

I am sorry your girls had to see that. More cause for the civil suit. They should not grow up thinking that having someone do that is 'allowed' or right.

From my understanding..yes they can search you..but not to that extent! A) to be searched by female when other security guys are standing right there watching is inappropriate* also for HER to say "ok your fine but your panties are a bit wet now" I would definately REPORT her* to the place that held the concert that hires their staff~ that is borderline of sexual assault/harrassment. I would even call your police dept..and ask them what you can do if anything as you felt that was out of line* Next time don't wear a skirt* to a concert...but definately check into it with the concert place and with the police. Ask questions.......perhaps this security person may lose their job for inappropriate behaviour and comments* That's absolutely absurd* WOW*
GOODLUCK*

No they are NOT!!! You need to report that immediately! There is such a thing as a "search" for contraband when going into a concert. Usually they're looking for cameras, video equipment, drugs, etc. But there is NO justification in them "feeling u up"!! You were sexually harrassed, and basically MOLESTED sweetheart! Im so sorry you had to experience that. Report it. You really should.

No, this is NOT allowed. I would try to find out the company that provided the security officers for the concert, then call them, or call the police. It's an abuse of power, and assault.

i suggests that you write in and check with authorites. the female office may be allowed to check on you but i am not sure if it was to be done in front of male officers. in addition, she should not said "but your panties are a bit wet now" and laughed after she said it. Don't think this is right.

Have the promoters of the concert served with papers to divulge the identities of their female guards to the police department pending a line up and a charge of rape.

YOU NEED TO FIND OUT THE NAME OF THE COMPANY THAT DID THE SECURITY THAT NIGHT AND FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE OFFICERS AT THE CONCERT. I WOULD GET A LAWYER AND GO TO THE POLICE STATION AND FILE A COMPLAINT. DON'T LET THEM KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH IT. YOU ARE PROBABLE NOT THE FIRST ONE THEY DID IT TO. GOOD LUCK.
