Please answer this. I am so confused!?

Ok, I want to impress this girl by showing her how much i care for her. I am sick and tired of the repettitve "just be yourself" answer, so be creative. I need lots of ideas. If I pick your idea you get 10 points.

I like it when folks show me they have been paying attention to our conversations. Flowers are great and so is candy but finding me a teddy bear like the one I mentioned used to be my favorite but got lost is VERY impressive.

I can give you ideas, but it will depend on your pocket.

1. I used to fantasize that a guy would fly a helicopter/small aircraft with a flag/smoke signal or even microphone saying 'I Love You' or some other sweet words, past my house and make sure obviously that I look out the window.

2. Pitch up at her house unannounced (make sure she doesn't have plans for the evening) and bring her flowers and champagne, maybe a picnic basket and either take her out to enjoy it in the sunset or relax at her place.

3. If she has lost something that is special to her and if you know exactly what it looks like etc... then perhaps you could go out and find an exact replica of it, get it and give it to her in a romantic fashion... getting her this will show her that you care about her.

4. Or book a weekend away, send her the invite and ticket (if there is one involved) with a bunch of flowers (delivery) to her work or house... perhaps write a poem in the card and let her figure out it's from you.

5. If one of her family members are ill (God forbid) or in trouble and they need her, offer to take her to them (and do it).

So, you want to impress this girl do you?? I hope some of this might come in handy. Now there is a small problem - you did not tell us how old you are? OK let me assume that you are more than 21.

If you really want to impress any girl you will have to show her:

1. You have confidence.
2. Be polite, but don't bend head over heals for her and she might think you are a wimp.
3. Go upto her and invite her out very politely and with a smile and in a very sweet manner. Tell her you have planned something extraordinary for her and she will not regret.
4. Once the day/night is booked, find a good romantic restaurant and book a table for two. It does not have to be expensive, try to choose one that is recommended for its service.
5. Make sure the restaurant is in a good neighbourhood and near a nice park.
6. Dress well (but not a suit), a sports jacket will be nice, and pick her up reasonably early. Arrive a little earlier and park the car near the garden.
7. Take a stroll in the garden (park) talking about nature, and tell her how much you care about green things and about global warming etc. Really talk about your passions. Ask her what her passions are. And LISTEN deeply, let her know that you are listening.
8. Too early to try and grab her hand, but I am sure plenty of opportunities to put your hands around her shoulder and guidng her up the path in the dark... i am sure you are getting the drift. I am asking you to lay the ground work for later.
9. Talk more about her, listen to her more to her stories. DON'T show off, but tell her nice things about her clothing, shoes etc.
10. When you arrive at the restaurant open the door for her.
11. Let her walk in front of you. Pull the chair for her and let her sit down first.
12. Ask her opinion on the menu, give a couple of friendly suggestions if you've eaten there before, otherwise let her decide for herself.
13. If she drinks alcohol offer her wine (depending on your budget).
14. For yourself under no circumstances order a beer!!!!!!!!!
15. Stick with water or get a glass of the house wine.
16. Let the conversation flow naturally.
17. Talk about her work, her hobbies, her family, but don't ask too many personal questions.
18. While eating test the ground by throwing in little tags stating that you like her, but don't make it obvious. Look for her response. If she acts kind of cold, don't push your luck, but if she smiles and gives an equally desirable reply then you might have a better chance. Play it by ear, don't assume anything, otherwise you will be lots of trouble. Remember that if there is no chemistry there is nothing much you could do, so pray that she has some feelings for you!

19. When you are having desert, tell her that you've really enjoyed the evening with her and would like her to go with you to the CONCERT, MOVIE, BALLET (whatever that is running in your neighbourhood) on the weekend. You will get the tickets if she is available. Perhaps hint that you can stop over for a bite somewhere.
20. Talk about things like BALLET, CLASSICAL MUSIC, PHILHAMORNIC; OPERA, sophisticated women like these things.
21. After dinner walk back slowly to the car, if you think there is a possibility try to brush your hand against her, and try to grab her finger, you might get lucky!

22. Don't push further that evening, but mark my work if you play your cards correctly she will go out with you again, and it is left to you to impress her the second time and and ger her affection.

23. Might be a good idea to send her some flowers during the week (after the dinner) and before the concert to let her know that you are thinking of her. Attach a card thanking her for the dinner evening telling her how much you enjoyed yourself and looking forward to seeing her again soon.

If you have to go through all of this plotting, to show a girl you care for her, it's not worth the effort. Sooner or later she'll see through your act and dump you. Furthermore, it's not worth the 10 points to help you deceive somebody. Learn how to be a decent guy. That will impress her more than anything else you can do.

Just do a lot of little things. If she is ok with being touched, put your arm around her. (not sneakily, but just like you're messing around and having fun) If she's sick, buy her lunch for her and maybe call her that night and see how she is. Sit by her at lunch. Even simply going up and talking to her when she's by herself can be really meaningful to a girl.

Show up at her front door or at her work with a dozen long stem roses. On the card put your phone # and an invitation to dinner at a nice resteraunt. Just hand her the roses, say these are for you, and walk away. It should leave her with an air of mystery and curiosity.
