Use 2 for programing a key without the programmer

You need two prorammed keys to program a additional Key by yourself.If you don,t you have no choice of going to dealer

Need scan tool no matter what ... Even if you change the PATS module, you will need a scan tool to program it..SOrry

id have a good read through of the following website, and give it a go. it all kind of depends on your situation. and the age of your car, not sure its still relevant for new ford cars.
