If your skin is sensitive, steer clear of Benzoyl Peroxide, which is in a ton of acne cleansers and medications. Salicylic acid is a gentler effective alternative to use if breakouts are your problem. If you want to stay away from acids and such, Burt's Bees' complete product line is all natural and very gentle on skin.

Cetaphil cleanser or Cetaphil cleanser for sensitive skin. Also, Dove for sensitive skin is also really good.

i have extremely sensitive skin and even had reactions to sensitive skin products-i recently tried Aveeno Ultra Calming foam cleanser and it works great its light and foamy and not irritating at all.
