I'm not an expert on this so i need something cheap and effective. I love taking pictures of my baby, but going to a studio all the time is TOO Expensive. I take a lot of picture at home, but i would like to print them out with a nice "proffesional looking" background/backdrop. Any program out there that can help me do is? anything i can download for free? Any suggestions?

I use Corel Photo Print 8 (about 7 years ago). Corel has something called PhotoShopPro for $59.99. I'm sure it will do all that you want and more. Link Below.

Yes there are, but you need to acquire knowledge to work on it.
There is no simple way to do it, you have to learn and work on graphic programs on the PC.
