they get kinda numb, at first i thought is was just cause i didnt work out for a while, but now i've been working out for 5-6 months and it still happens? Everytime, ive tried different shoes too, even loosening them up doesnt help...

It happens if i use the eliptical or the bike or the treadmill..

This happens to me too. I have to consiously remember to move my toes from time to time to get the blood flowing down to them because the body is focusing on the main core (heart, lungs, etc.) because of the workout, not the extremities as much. As long as I do this from time to time, they get better. It can also have to do with the sneakers you're wearing.

depends on what you're doing......if its an elliptical machine it could be an older model...it was a common complaint and the newer ones are designed such that it doesnt happen
try going on your toes
has to do with blood flow to the feet

Try lower resistance with higher revs.

If that's not it, it could be a circulation problem in your legs/feet.
