I know the guidelines are 2-20 yrs, but how much time do people normally stay in for it. Say no body got hurt and it was a first offense, but he did go to prison.

In my house it would be an immediate death penalty, no appeal, courtesy of Misters Smith and Wesson.

It varies from state to state and from judge to judge. Although judges have certain guidelines they are bound by they do have a certain amount of discretion they can use. It also depends on the defendant and how they act.

Of course if he's in prison and gets in trouble while locked up he could be there longer than his original sentence.

it depends on the sentance, state and their behavior while in prison(early release for good behavior.)

drug police do it ever day .wrong house bad war rent and such and they whine and cry and its poor me well till they learn how to do police work to hell with them shot to pieces well to bad we dint need them and they are a disgrace
