You can freeze just about anything and re-heat it later. Just make sure that you get it as air-tight as possible so it won't get freezer burn. Plus you should always mark the date on the things that you freeze, I don't know about you but I wouldn't want to eat anything that has been in my freezer for 6 months.

Happy cooking and a good day to you :)

Absolutely with a vengeance ol' sport.
Especially whole casseroles etc.
We had a family of four children and we both worked, so it was very much a case of "if you're going to cook, cook plenty"
The only problem, particularly with roast or fried chicken will be the change in texture. Don't try those, it doesn't come back too well.

Yes, have been doing it for years, just keep it chilled before freezing, that is don't leave it lying around for hours in a warm kitchen. I always make enough chicken dishes to "Eat one, freeze one". Great help on busy days to have your own home made convenience food , and you know what is in it.

You can freeze cooked chicken as long as it has not been frozen before.

Freeze the chicken once it has completley cooled, when you want to use it make sure its completley thawed and heat it right through.

Absolutely. When ready to eat put it down in the fridge to thaw for a little while then you can re-heat in the oven, mocrowave, etc.

We do that all the time...we have a Foodsaver which makes it easy and lasts longer in the freezer.
