Depends on your morals, background, what you've done so far, and how long you have known the person.
But no matter what I would not suggest going "all the way".
I would stick to kissing, and cuddling. That is just me however. Some people do not kiss on the first date, and that is very understandable.
Some people go further, but as a guy, and knowing how some of my friends talk, I wouldn't suggest it.

Who says you have to 'go' anywhere? If you are confortable with holding hands, kissing, whatever, then fine. But if something comes up and you are not ready, or not comfortable, then don't do it.
It kind of depends on a few things, too. How old are both of you, how long have you known each other? Do you want this to develope into a long term relationship?

the farthest i would go on a first date is maybe a kiss but not much more unless she wanted more.
