Most fishes are good if you're watching what you eat due to diet or high blood pressure/cholesterol. Just make sure that you grill them or cook them with extra virgin olive oil to keep them healthy. And obviously, if you make a tuna salad sandwich, the mayo won't be good for you.

Salmon is also very, very good for you.

Seafoods that are higher in fat are things like lobster, shrimp, clams, etc.

Yes its ok to eat, but you shouldn't eat too much as it is full of mercury.The best thing you can have to lower cholestrol is pomegranet juice.

tuna isn't "good" for cholesterol...it just has very little of it, so it won't add to the bad cholesterol
