My best friend asked him out for me, and now he's ignoring me. Not completely, but he's a little more reluctant than usual and it's driving me MAD! I really like him, and I asked him if he was avoiding me because of what my friend asked him and he said no...

Guys, is he lying or telling the truth? Maybe he just doesn't like me and he never did?

2 possibilities.

1. He might be wanting to test you and wish you could take the action to ask him out. But i personally do not like this because it shows that he's so selfish since you already take the first move to ask him out, thought indirectly. If he was interested in you, surelly he would say yes to go out with you because love needs to be give and take. You already made the first move, he should be next time response.

2. Probably he's not interested in you. If he ain't a shy guy (you have to notice if he is), then i'm sure he's not into you. Sorry to tell that but you gonna face the truth and never think of him anymore or it would hurts baby.

You have plenty of times since you're just in middle school. Do not let this kind of stuffs to screw up your days ;)

It sounds like he doesn't like silliness, such as "having your best friend ask him to go out with you". Also, it sounds as if he's not impressed with your behaviour, thus the ignoring you more often. I say you go up to him and explain yourself and try to ask him out, or let it be. Because if you leave it alone and wait for him to react, he will most likely not and you'll be stuck anyway.

What's to lose?
