You could try green tea with Gensing. Arizona Tea makes a really good one. That will give you tons of energy.

I drink a glass of water with 2 tablespoons apple cidar vinegar and 1 tablespoon honey. That works but it is gross and takes a while to make it a normal routine.

I suggest trying the tea.

Red Bull will help to some point, but will get expensive at $6.99 per 4 pack (about $14.00 for the week).

Suggest taking vitamins and a protein drink:

Morning Protein Blast

* 1 cup of skim milk
* 1 to 2 scoops of vanilla flavoured protein powder
* 1 heaping tbs. of cocoa powder
* 1 sliced banana
* 1 tbs. of natural peanut butter
* 3-4 drops of stevia liquid (natural sweetener) if desired
* 4 or 5 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until the desired consistency is achieved. You can also use soy milk in this recipe if you wish.

You can make a bulk recipe for the week. Make a batch and make a note of how much you use before the ice and the bananna. Every morning, pour the right amount into a blender, add ice and bananna. A minute later, you have a drink for the road. Stick the blender in the sink with water and soap. Takes about 1 minute to wash in the evening.

A lot cheaper than Red Bull and better for you. The Red Bull is an instant fix that doesn't last. These morning drinks are better in the long run, and healthier.

well i know your scheule is making you tired i would suggest a new time managment or extra help or on the weekend s you make dinner and freeze the rest so you have the added 15minutes to relax
that would be best! but not all of us can do that!

so TEA.. drink black tea! it has the same amount of caffee in it as coffee but unlike coffee that when the buzz is gone it's a hard fall and your sleepy again TEA gently lets you back into your tiredness..

Fruits and smoothies are a great source of engery and raisens are wonderfull.. and healthly... i was at work and my coworker drop a box on my desk! I could hardly keep my eyes open that day! i almost went out to my car to nap! and i ate those raisens and after looking back on the day i was wondering why i never did it before!

you can even make the tea cold. but it would have to chill first and you don't have time for that unless you made a pitcher of it on the weekend!

manly i would consider revising your scheule take less classes or ask your boss for a longer lunch or lessend hours!
I admire your ablity to do both I know when i was in school i couldn't do both i was blessed to have great parents who paid for everything untill i was dropped out of collage!
now i'm going back but 1-2 classes at a time!

Red Bull
or
Vault

There are too many energy drinks out there that you can buy. Or you could get some carnation instant breakfast and have a milk shake full of vitamins. That should help.

I happen to love Mountain Dew MDX. It's sort of hard to find, but it's like an energy drink. Whenever I need energy, I drink it. It's wonderful!
