Anorexia and mustard?

I was watching a documentary on anorexia and at this treatment facility, the girls that were anorexic were not allowed to have mustard. Why?

Mustard in water makes you vomit violently.

Yeah I guess it could be an easy combination for someone to vomit, kinda grosses me out lol

i am only guessing but mustard is uasally spicy so it would irritate their allready sensitive stomach
