Theres several programs that are both thord party and built-in.....depending on the extent you want to edit them, paint is built-in and has some very simple features you can use to resize and mak some adjustments to photos.....and there are several more that you can use that are freeware, shareware, and also stripped down versions of larger programs

nicely the phote enhancing software I even have is Photoshop CS4, yet i assume that may not paintings the two way for you given which you assert it rather is too stressful and it rather is noticeably darn costly (inspite of the undeniable fact that it rather is one in all my maximum useful products, lol). Uh, like some suggested until now me, there is often Gimp. I used to apply that software an prolonged time in the past and it became into constantly loose. it isn't the best image enhancing software, inspite of the undeniable fact that this is particularly good and sensible and this is loose, you purely would desire to bypass to the area. i don't recognize the different image enhancing classes nonetheless. I recommend i recognize Photobucket has that little function now, yet i don't recognize if that's what you're finding for. good success!

Can Use Photoed. Cam Studio, or almost any freebie at ZD Net
I personally like Photoed, from Windows 95, but it still does a great Job. If you need to nip crop and resize, there are a bunch of freebies at ZD Net. But the oldies still work well... Photoed and Paint combined work well.
