Saracen
John of Damascus, himself a resident of the Caliphate's capital city, described the Saracens in the early 8th century :

There is also the people-deceiving cult (threskeia) of the Ishmaelites, the forerunner of the Antichrist, which prevails until now. It derives from Ishmael, who was born to Abraham from Hagar, wherefore they are called Hagarenes and Ishmaelites. And they call them Saracens, inasmuch as they were [sent away] empty-handed by Sarah (ek tes Sarras kenous); for it was said to the angel by Hagar: "Sarah has sent me away empty-handed" (cf. Genesis xxi. 10, 14).
These, then, were idolaters and worshippers of the morning star and Aphrodite whom in fact they called Akbar (Chabar) in their own language, which means "great". So until the times of Heraclius they were plain idolaters.

From that time till now a true prophet appeared among them, surnamed Muhammad (Mamed), who, having happened upon the Old and the New Testament and apparently having conversed, in like manner, with an Arian monk, put together his own heresy. And after ingratiating himself with the people by a pretence of piety, he spread rumours of a scripture (graphe) brought down to him from heaven. So, having drafted some ludicrous doctrines in his book, he handed over to them this form of worship (to sebas).
In this extract, John might actually have been referring to Allat, a pre-Islamic goddess equated with Aphrodite.

muhammad should have obeyed the 10 commandments and the teachings of Jesus especially when he was plagiarizing judaism and christianity, therefore he proves himself to be false. his actions speak louder than his words.

"Co-opt" is a nice way of putting it.
In a more modern context it would likely be called "plagiarizing".

The Qur'an is a mixing of concepts and stories mainly from the Torah, Talmud, and the Christian Bible, mixed in such a way to fit an Arab worldview.

Look if you want to prove the Quran and Islam a false religion it's very simple the Allah provides a falsification test:

“And if you are in doubt about what We have sent down on Our slave, then produce a surah thereof and call upon your witnesses other than God, if you should be truthful. But if you do not – and you will never be able to – then fear the Fire whose fuel is men and stones, prepared for the unbelievers.” (Quran 2:23-24)

There you have it, bring one sura (Verse) like it. This challenge has stood for over 1400 years yet no one can meet it.

Much of muslim practice...prayer schedule, dietary laws, hajj, and others were adopted by Mohammed after observing Jewish practices and rituals. Of course muslims will generally deny this, but that is only in keeping with the Islamic precepts of lies and deceptions when dealing with infidels.

No. Muhammad(PBUH*) followed Islam and won converts his way by showing them the truth just as Prophet Isa(PBUH*) won converts to Islam.
Sura 2:

75.Do you expect them to believe as you do, when some of them used to hear the word of GOD, then distort it, with full understanding thereof, and deliberately?

76.And when they meet the believers, they say, "We believe,"
but when they get together with each other, they say,
"Do not inform (the believers) of the information given to you by GOD, lest you provide them with support for their argument concerning your Lord. Do you not understand?"

127.As Abraham raised the foundations of the shrine, together with Ismail (they prayed): "Our Lord, accept this from us. You are the Hearer, the Omniscient.

128."Our Lord, make us submitters to You,and from our descendants let there be a community of submitters to You. Teach us the rites of our religion, and redeem us. You are the Redeemer, Most Merciful.

129."Our Lord, and raise among them a messenger to recite to them Your revelations, teach them the scripture and wisdom, and purify them. You are the Almighty, Most Wise."

130.Who would forsake the religion of Abraham, except one who fools his own soul? We have chosen him in this world, and in the Hereafter he will be with the righteous.

131.When his Lord said to him, "Submit," he said, "I submit
to the Lord of the universe."

132.Moreover, Abraham exhorted his children to do the same, and so did Jacob: "O my children, GOD has pointed out the religion for you; do not die except as submitters."

133.Had you witnessed Jacob on his death bed; he said to his children, "What will you worship after I die?"
They said, "We will worship your god; the god of your fathers Abraham, Ismail, and Isaac; the one god. To Him we are submitters."

134.Such is a community from the past. They are responsible for what they earned, and you are responsible for what you earned. You are not answerable for anything they have done.

135.They said, "You have to be Jewish or Christian, to be guided." Say, "We follow the religion of Abraham-monotheism-he never was an idol worshiper."

It always seems strange to me that by asserting that Jesus was a prophet, he labeled Jesus as a liar, but still a prophet. Seems like a real contradiction.
