to do? Should i go up to her or is it better to just write a letter to the girl? and if you choose go up to her is it better to go up to her when she is alone or is it better to go up to her when she is with friends?? If you choose write a letter, what do I write so it doesnt sound like i am crazy?

DON'T write a letter!!!!! You will scare a lot of girls that way if you write a letter that comes out of nowhere. (Unless you are a fantastic writer.) Don't write letters until AFTER you're together with a girl - not before.

You like a girl. But she should also like you, too! So before you go up to a girl, she has to know you exist. When you pass by her, smile & say "hi". Keep doing that for awhile, and judge her reaction. (Learn how to read people!!!) If it's positive, go one step further (not with her friends around!). If it's negative, stay back.

Go with the letter, and good idea for thinking that up. If you give a letter to her she'll most likely gush over you, of course that is if it's well-written. Make sure the letter is good, and then go for it.
