Right now I'm 5'0 and flat chested, my tummy's not bulging but i kinda look fat cause of that. I don't have any curves either. I'd like to lose a few pounds and look better, but I'm worried if going on a diet will stunt my growth and just make matters worse. I'm really jealous of all my friends, they don't have "kid" bodies anymore for quite a while now. I'd like a diet for me that will help me lose weight but help my growth as well.

I think you're being a little hard on yourself. You're only 14, you have plenty of time to grow up and fill out, some people take longer than others. When i was your age i was was i grew from 5'7 to 6'1 when everyone was about 3-4 inches shorter than me, now when i'm 20 I'm only 6'2, some people climb the mountain in a day, others don't. Its nothing to worry about, don't stress yourself out. Growing up is fun, and the next years of your life are going to the be the best of your life, so enjoy the ride :)

Congratulations! You have a normal human being's body image! lol Everyone 'develops' at different rates- your weight may be just perfect for your build. If you really do want to shape things up, just make sure you eat a healthy well-rounded diet, and start with a little bit of resistance or weight training for muscle. You could also try yoga or pilates, both of which shape long, lean muscle structures.
As for the chest issue, look at your mom- is she "well blessed"? If she is, or anyone in your family for that matter, then you can expect you'll probably follow in their bra straps (er, footsteps j/k) if not? It's no biggie. (sorry, another bad pun). Once you get around to dating, it's just like they say for guys, "It's not the size of the tools, it's how they're used." A guy (or girl, whatever you want) isn't going to care how big or small they are, they'll drool because they're boobs. Plain and simple.
The point is, you have the rest of your life to be unhappy with how you look and to try and change it. Try to focus more on what's inside- being a cool person- and believe me, you can't help but show that on the outside. (Sappy, I know, but it is true!)

Your height and weight are just fine for your age. My gut feeling is that you are having a hard time reconciling the fact that everyone gets their parts at different times. In order to let go of that worry for the time being, why not do some sport & let your body show you what it can do. You really should not diet, but taking a good look at what you're eating may raise your nutrition awareness: too much junk food? or not enough water? Focus on health, not weight. You do not need a diet.

You'll fill out! I am 19 and shorter than you lol... but I didn't get my chest until I was your age...
are you menstruating yet? That has a lot to do with it...
Don't be jealous.. your turn will come..
You don't need to lose weight!! DON'T DO IT!! when your chest comes... you will have a beautiful body being your height and weight!! You could probably even gain a pound or 2...
If you do sit-ups it will tone up your tummy, and make you feel a lot better about yourself...
Don't worry, you'll fill out sooner than you think.

You are too thin for 5 ft tall. You are not fat and don't need to do on a diet. Get a well padded bra and wear it. That will change the whole look but wait until you go back to school after spring break that way everyone thinks you just blossomed over the break. So careful not to pick one to big.

Sound pretty normal to me, as far as diet is concerned, suggest going light on sweets, and getting your meat,
taters and veggies -- don't force yourself to bend that elbow
"one more time" at the table.Girls AND boys sprout at different
ages, feel lucky you don't talk like a duck at the age of 18.
Just go with the flow and you'll be happy with yourself however
and whenever.

Your 14, and right now your going though your kid years..
Stop it!! Dont worry about your looks and stuf, just be yourself and enjoy being yourself. When you get older 40 years. then maybe worry :) But for now. DONT WORRY about you anything. And DONT be a follower... Dont let your friends influnce you into doing what They do!

You will be just fine.. 20 years from now, you will remember this question you asked here ..and just laugh..

14 is an awkward age. You still feel trapped in a childs body, but remeber you still have years of growing to do. all you need to do is eliminate sweets and eat healthier.try smaller servings and drink lots of water. your body will get to where you'd like it to be. it just takes some time. Don't fprget, exercise is also very important.

building some muscle in the right places really can give you nice curves. if your serious about improving your figure, i really recommend doing some very basic excercises that will help improve your shape. try some light weighted squats. they will give you a perky butt and some nice shape to your legs. also try doing some crunches. not situps. crunches will give you a nice tight toned look across your midsection. try not to sweat small breasts. they will come, and even if they arent large, small breasts and a toned body is very sexy.
