Soy beans are used for fillers almost in everything. My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and they recommed for her eat soy everyday to keep side effects down from the radiation. Then a couple of years after doing this. She read an article in prevention magazine that it causes cancer. Soy soy to me is bad even though we have to eat it almost evryday. in the foods we eat.
