"Pizzeria" has become an International word for any place that proposes pizzas. Obviously, it is of Italian origin, but is so wide spread that it's amazing that from Russian (пицария) , through Europe to America the word is not changing and remains the same "Pizzeria"..

Wish you luck!

Nope. It would remain the same, since Pizzeria is an italian words and should not change in any language.

No.

Mexico, like the US, for example, take some foreign words "as is." What I mean by that is, they understand the complex social and cultural meaning behind them. Plus, everyone SHOULD understand what a "pizzeria" is. If they don't, then they should learn fast.

So "pizzeria" in Spanish is also "pizzeria."

Pizza = Pizza everywhere you go.

As well as in English, this word has ben incorporated into the spanish lexicon in the Italian form, and wouldn't be understood if it were writen in a different way.
By the other hand PICERIA would be pronounced "peeth er ree ah" instead of the well known way "pits er ree ah"

Well in Spanish should be 'pitseria' (is as we pronounce it), but we use the italian word. Anyway, remember that 'c' doesn't sound as 'zz' in Spain, it only happens in South America...
