I don't know what the causes of my cramps. I feel vomitting and my breasts are kinda tender. Is it pregnancy or ulcer?

Here is no place to get a diagnosis, but if I were you, I would have that pregnancy test done. Breasts hurting usually means something hormonal is going on... Although I have exactly the symptoms you describe before each period (nausea and abdominal cramps, with the occasional migraine).

Ulcer does not have very specific symptoms; only pain and occasionally vomiting, as you describe. In very severe cases (when there is litterally a hole in your stomach), there can be blood in the vomit.

when i had an ulcer my vomit was very acidic and burned my whole mouth and throat. The cramps were so intense all I could do was lay in the floor. If you dont want to go to your doctor then get you a jug of aloe vera juice and drink 4 oz every day. This will not hurt if you are pregnant but it will help heal an ulcer. I had severe ulcers that were going to require surgery and a lil mexican woman I worked with brought me a gallon of aloe juice and said I would be fine after it was all gone. It worked for me as I have not had an attack since and that was 14 yrs ago! The aloe juice taste nasty so mix it with something--I used kool aid and gatorade till I could handle juice then I used cranberry.
