I know the dangers of dating a co-worker but this girl has really cought my attention. We know a little about each other but havent had any conversations about anything personal. Sometimes she flirts with me but then there other times where it seems she could care less if I was around. Its funny I just cant tell with her. Any advice would be helpfull.

She probably flirts with you when there is no one else around right? Then at the times when other co workers are around she acts cool.Am I right? Thats called "keeping it on the down low" which is a good idea in regards to office romances just in case they dont work out..you dont need the whole office gossipping about it.

Next time you are alone together and enjoying each others company ask her out to lunch somewhere and go from there. Sounds like you have a potential friendship if not more. Good luck and best wishes.

play the same game. she'll give hints if she want to take it to the next leve. or this always worked for me tell her how u fell or what do u want in a joke form that u put her to think is he playing or is real.

what you need to do is ask her. the one thing girls dont like is when you be scared to ask a question. if she doesnt like you, you probaly goin to be hurt for a few days. but if she finds somebody else then you gonna be hurt even longer. so ask her

i think that u should give urself time to see how she realy is...........and u should talk to her in person to see how she reacts.....but go for it and that is all...........
