Sir, Im m-34 serving in army for past 18 yrs with a qualification of HSC and a technical diploma (not affiliated by any university as im a small arms technician). i have a good fluency in english & a good personality too. Sir, I came to know that i can opt for call centre job as im retiring soon. Im presently serving at bangalore. kindly answer me Sir. In our circle nobody is even know what is call centre job means.

There is nothing special eligibility required for a call center.Either you are a graduate or postgraduate or a diploma holder it's dosent matter in domestics or MNC callcenter.You mainly required a good flow in english.You must have confidence,with a bit english.AS IN CALL CENTER TRANING THEY WILL TEACH YOU A GOOD ACCENT.

Nothing more than english is required for a call centre job.
So, Don't worry and start Applying for Call centre job.

good communication skill and good way of presentation.
they don't want hard worker, they want smart worker.
they expect minimum a degree.......HSC is applicable for this job if u have good communication skill.
before going to that job, u have to know something about computers..........so that u can last in that field.
answering correctly is important.........
