these will go way within a week. It is best not to mess with them because you will end up with scars. I find that Neutrogena makes the best acne skin cleansers, I also like their gel for clearing acne, as it works very quickly.
do not touch your face without washing your hands this will cut down on contamination to your skin. Be sure you clean your face twice daily.
skin problems come from within. Avoid junk food , chocolate, nuts, Fried foods, excess fat and coffee. consume lots of fresh vegetables and fruit with proteins that have not been fried.
Doing all of this you will see a change very quickly.

I'm not sure how long it will take for a pimple to go away if you don't pop it, but I will tell you acne scars could be permanent so I would't mess with it. I know it's tempting to get rid of a zit, but it is best to leave it alone. Neutrogena makes a gel that you apply before bed that drys up the pimple, and by morning it is a lot smaller. I've actually used it before and it did help. Good Luck!

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Well.....acne is a big problem specially for teens as it also create psychological problems in youths (I was also a long time sufferer!!). First, lets know a bit about it.
Acne is caused by either excessive androgens(sex hormones) or unusual response of skin-glands(sebaceous gland) for normal level of androgens. The excessive sebum(oil) secretion and dead skin cells block the ducts of the glands and lead to acne.
MYTHS ABT ACNE......
There are quite a few myths about acne. Recent research has proved that most of these myths are wrong.
RESEARCH SHOWS THAT THERE IS HARDLY ANY EFFECT OF TYPE OF FOOD YOU EAT(chocolate, oily, fried, spicy or whatever type). After experiments scientists have unable to prove if food has either positive or negative effect on acne and they recommend that you can experiment your own to see what food suits you!!!!
The other misconception is acne is caused by dirt and its good to vigorously clean your skin many times a day. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Acne is caused by blockage in the duct of a skin gland. This duct lies quite deep in the skin and you can't wash that duct. In fact you can make the condition worse by excessive washing as it can damage/overdry the outer layer of the skin.
SO WASHING THE FACE GENTLY, ONCE/TWICE A DAY, WITH A MILD SOAP IF ENOUGH.
Some believe acne is caused by masturbation. There is evidence in favor of this myth.
TO SQUEEZE OR NOT TO SQUEEZE?!
If you squeeze blackheads or pustules, you may force the contents deep into the skin rather than onto the surface. If this happens you may be left with much worse scarring or cyst formation. For blackheads, invest in a comedone spoon (available from most chemists and the Body Shop) which gets rid of blackheads with minimal trauma to the skin. Never squeeze a spot unless you can see pus. When squeezing, wash your hands beforehand and puncture the surface of the pustule with a sterilized needle before gently squeezing out the pus. If you squeeze until you see blood you may be left with a scar!
If you are really fed-up with acne, the best advice is to discuss with a dermatologist. There are many topical preparation available which can definitely make a difference.
Some of the famous preparations are topical retinoids, benzoyl-peroxide, topical antibiotics like erythromycin, clindamycin, tetracycline. But you must consult a dermatologist before using them.
There are many home made remedies suggested for acne, but there is no scientific-evidence either in favor or against them.
There is a lot of talk about laser treatment. But its still a grey-area. There are concerns that it may cause hyperpigmentation (black-spots) and long term dry skin. It is still an area of debate. So do a thorough research and gather information before you decide about any laser-treatment.
REMEMBER......any treatment will take time so have patience. It usually take 6-8 weeks to see initial results. If you don't see any improvement its time to readjust the treatment.
Not one treatment is universal for everyone, different persons respond differently to same treatment.

raw unpasturized apple cider vinegar..
the following 2 testimonials can be seen at http://www.earthclinic.com/cures/acne.ht...
Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a "very bad complexion". She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a bit, it still works like a miracle!
Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."
you can get it at the health food store, or in some super market health food sections.
good luck
