I've just bought an old VW Beetle and I'm looking for someone in West Kent who can paint it for me. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hey buddy - welcome to the club (I have 2 x VWs!). If you go to www.justkampers.com there will probably be someone there who can help you - ask on the forum perhaps. I know it says Just Kampers - but it's really people who love their old VWs! Happy motoring ;)

Check the body work is solid before thinking of paint.
Wings are easy they bolt on.
Check just forward of rear wing for rot. Same for door pillar.
And stick to the original colour! Although that's your choice
Don't forget to wave as you drive past....

any good spay painter would do ask at local raqc or nrma office they can put you in right direction or any local car restoration club
