My experience has been that many folks get into counseling or psychiatry because of their interest in why they think that they are messed up and that most of the world is messed up. The only thing you can do is to be on your best behavior, be apologetic, listen, and do what you're told. In other words, show them that you aren't a psychopath.

You will not gt anywhere by being a bully. Your counselor is obligated to call your parents. They will not shut up.
My suggestion to you is to NOT punch any kid in the face or at all for that matter.
What does it prove? and what does it accomplish? If you keep going through life like a bully, you will go nowhere and be alone.
You should tell your counselor that you feel terrible and ashamed for what you've done (even if your not) want to take some anger management classes and give YOU the opportunity to talk with your parents on your own about the situation. You have to be very nice and respectful or she will see through your bull*%$#. This is probably the only way to make her "shut up"
I think you need to grow up and walk away from stupid kids, because it just makes you look more stupid by punching him. In the future you will get arrested and have major problems with this type of behavior...
Good Luck

I think she should contact your parents. And if that means that you get things taken away at home or some other punishment then I would think you deserved it. Taking the punishment "like a man" and doing what is right is what it will take to show that you are not a Psychopath. If you show no remorse for this then you need to be locked up before you hurt someone else

YOu don't. Whatever you said or did during the conversation with her, plus whatever history you have concerning this behavior, has concerned her. Anything you say or do now will just make it worse. I suggest you get honest with yourself and use this experience to better yourself so you can look forward to a decent future. Punching someone isn't the best coping mechanism. Learn from it now instead of waiting until your 18 - cause the lessons won't be as easy!

As a rule, they usually do contact your parents. She'll probably try to get you to see a psychiatrist.
It really depends on what your reasoning was for punching someone. "Because I felt like it" doesn't work anymore, and anything that ends up with you being predjudiced against any group of people will end up w/you at a psychiatrist. (Of course, they may just write a scrip for xanax or something and you'll be fine.)
My advice? Be as honest- yet restrained, as possible. Try to understand what yo

man you need to work on the way you talk.
even if your case holds water , telling people to shut up and other crap of that sort will sure turn them against you.
just speak the truth with her and everything go allright.

Taking that attitude will only make it worse. If you act calmly, maturely, explain your actions, apologize and maybe take up any therapies that she suggests, you might get off easy.
