You don't. You suck it up and accept that the consequences of your actions may include parental involvement. Frankly, considering that she's a trained professional, I'm inclined to believe that she knows what she's talking about and you need some help. Accept the help, it may make your life much easier in the future.

Daniel B, man o' mio, you gotta take you due. That's part of being a tough guy, and not being a sociopath, which would be the correct term for person not caring of others pain.
Manipulative people, which you seem as indicated by your answer, are close to the edge at all times. Wouldn't it be better to get parents involved, and you some help?

Why not punch her in the face, too.
What's going on, man? Your writing depicts an ingrained anger; are you mad at the world, or yourself?
If you're frustrated about the way things are going in your life, now is the opportunity to talk about it with someone who'll listen. Keep it bottled up inside and eventually you'll explode, like shaking up a can of beer.
I'm 53; I've been in the place you are now. Trust me.

You don't you deal with the consequences of your actions.
I don't believe in psychopaths BTW. If they know to imitate emotion, then they know emotion. You sound like some spoiled kid who just wants to be able to get away with what ever you want and never have to deal with the reality that one day someone bigger, stronger and faster then you will beat you down if you don't change your attitude.

Violence doesn't prove anything unless you were defending yourself. If you were trying to hurt someone else (bullying), then it was wrong. Take it like a man. Own up if it was your fault and channel your aggression (the fight) to something worth fighting for. Get an after school job or paper route or something, make some money.

If you hit someone and she wants to work with you in counseling, she legally has to inform your parents. Also, she is legally obligated to go to parents if she feels there is a chance you may be hurt or hurt someone else by your actions. You got into the fight, now you have to take the results.
