I am dealing with the stuffy nose that you can't breathe through and can't blow and yet it still runs. It also changes from one side of my nose to the other almost instantly, or when I stand up it will all of the sudden go away but comes back at will. AT the rare time I can breathe, it seems the air is really cold and 'burns' when I inhale.

What meds actually offer some relief when you have a cold?

well here's what I'd do. I'd buy some vicks vaporub to help open the nasal passage in the nostril area. Then I'd try some of the following medicines. Try Tylonel night time vanilla medicine but I wouldn't try benedryl. try nyquil medicine for night time and if you need to I'd also get dayquil as well.

STARVE a cold. you should eat nothing, and drink lemon water. (no sugar)... stay away from man made cold medicines, they only build up in your system and will make you sick in the future.
